Jauch’s Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO₄) batteries offer a highly reliable, environmentally responsible energy storage solution engineered for demanding applications. Based on inherently stable LiFePO₄ chemistry, these batteries provide exceptional thermal and chemical stability, greatly reducing the risk of thermal runaway and oxygen release, making them significantly safer than many conventional Lithium Ion technologies. Their durability is a defining characteristic, with typical service lives extending to more than 2,000 charge cycles under standard depth of discharge conditions, and in some configurations significantly beyond this, resulting in a long operational lifespan that can reach up to ten years while requiring minimal maintenance.
Advanced internal protection is provided through an integrated battery management system (BMS), which safeguards against overcharging, over discharging and extreme temperatures, while also maintaining optimal cell balancing for enhanced lifespan and performance stability. The batteries are free from toxic heavy metals and are easier to recycle than traditional chemistries, contributing to a reduced overall environmental impact. Fully compliant with RoHS and REACH regulations, Jauch’s LiFePO₄ products are entirely lead free and conflict minerals free, supporting responsible and sustainable manufacturing practices without compromising technical sophistication.
