The MEAN WELL XTR Series brings together the 240W, 480W and 960W three-phase DIN rail power supplies into one compact, ultra-slim industrial platform designed for stable operation in demanding environments. All models accept a wide 320–600Vac three-phase input, offer selectable 12V, 24V, 36V and 48V outputs with adjustable ranges, and deliver efficiencies up to 96% while keeping no-load power consumption below 2.5–3.1W depending on the model.
Across the range, the fanless metal enclosure and narrow 48–96mm casing help save panel space and support long-term reliability, backed by an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C (up to +60°C at full load). Each unit provides constant-current limiting and peak power capability between 150–200%, giving headroom for inrush and dynamic loads without oversizing the system.
The XTR-480 and XTR-960 add parallel function capability for systems up to 3840W, along with built-in DC OK signalling and ORing FET for redundancy and power continuity. Ultra-low inrush current (<10A), comprehensive protection features, conformal-coated PCBs, and OVC III compliance help ensure dependable performance in industrial control, automation, power distribution and infrastructure applications.
