FPR 4-7022 Current-Sensing Resistor precision high-power resistor with low TCR for current measurement and control VPG Foil Resistors' FPR 4-7022is a high-accuracy, 4-terminal current-sensing resistor designed for demanding power electronics applications. Built with CuNiMn foil on an anodized aluminum substrate and housed in a sintered epoxy package, this resistor offers reliable thermal and electrical performance under extended load conditions. With a power rating of 5 W in free air and a resistance range from 0.1 Ω to 10 Ω, the FPR 4-7022 provides tight resistance tolerances down to ±0.1%, and optional TCR values as low as ±15 ppm/K. The resistor demonstrates excellent stability, with typical drift of ±0.1% after 1000 hours, and is well-suited for precision current monitoring in power management, industrial automation, and instrumentation systems.
