Materials include aluminium (6082 and 7075), stainless steel (304 and 316), acetal, nylon, PEEK, and clear acrylic, with a broad range of finishing options available. For hardware development teams, CNC machining is the right choice when you need accurate, repeatable parts from real materials: enclosures, brackets, heatsinks, sensor housings, structural components, and mechanical assemblies. It's also well-suited to jigs and fixtures used during PCB assembly, testing, and calibration. Our 3-day CNC service means fast iteration without compromising on quality. Lead times are tailored to your project and our in-house capacity, and we confirm what is achievable when you request a quote.
