3D Printing

We offer a comprehensive bureau 3D printing service covering SLS, SLA (large format up to 750 mm), Projection SLA, DLP, micro 3D printing, and filament printing. Overnight dispatch is available on SLS, SLA, and DLP. For electronics and hardware development, 3D printing is typically the fastest route to a physical part: concept models, fit checks, structural prototypes, and master patterns for vacuum casting. Our micro 3D printing capability is particularly relevant for hardware teams working at the smaller end of the scale, where fine detail and dimensional accuracy are critical. Our online quoting platform, Matrix, provides instant quotes for SLS, SLA, and DLP parts - upload your file, choose your material and finish, and place your order directly. A wide range of finishing options is available, from basic support removal through to paint, lacquer, rubberised coatings, and blackout/EMI/RFI coatings to internal surfaces. We also offer in-house assembly, including insert and helicoil fitting. Materials include PA12 (SLS), a range of Accura resins in clear, cream, grey, and high-temperature grades (SLA), and a broad DLP range including flame-retardant and flexible options.
