Injection Moulding

When your hardware project reaches the point where you need production-grade plastic parts in volume, our UK-based injection moulding service picks up where prototyping leaves off. We design and manufacture all tooling in-house using our CNC machining capability. This means fast lead times, clear communication, and the ability to modify tools quickly if your design evolves. Tooling options include aluminium, pre-toughened steel (P20), and fully hardened steel, depending on your required tool life and volumes. We support injection moulding from as little as 1 gram shot weight, making the service well-suited to small, complex parts typical in electronics, instrumentation, and medical devices. We also offer insert moulding, overmoulding, and in-house post-mould assembly for a complete manufacturing solution. Materials include ABS, polypropylene, polycarbonate, nylon (PA6), and glass-filled and flame-retardant variants. If you are unsure of the right material for your application, our team will advise. Because we also offer 3D printing, CNC machining, and vacuum casting under the same roof, we can support the full journey from early prototype through to low-volume production, with a single point of contact throughout.
